Ashghal: Temporary closure of entrance and egress to Wadi Al Faseela Road

The Public Works Authority ‘Ashghal’ announces that that access and egress of Wadi Al Faseela Road from the Industrial Area Road will be closed for a length of 150 metres, as shown in the attached map. The temporary closure which has been put in place in coordination with the Traffic Department will start on Tuesday 12 April 2016, and will last three months. Vehicles can make a U-turn at the location of the closure allowing for smooth traffic flow in the area and the proposed road will not affect surrounding adjacent internal roads.

Drivers who want to access the Safari Mall, Mesaimeer Sports Club, and the Wholesale Market from the Industrial Area Road, should use Wadi Al Ghafa Street and other local roads as shown in the attached map. The closure is required to facilitate construction works related to Rawdat Al Khail Street Extension project. Ashghal will install road signs to advise motorists of the closure. The authority requests all road users to abide by the speed limits, and follow the road signs to ensure their safety.
