The Public Parks Department at the Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning (MMUP) has added a weather station to the irrigation central control system. The new station will indicate daily evaporation rate for plants and automatically compensate the evaporated quantity. Moreover, the new station will display wind speed rate and automatically close irrigation system in case of exceeding the normal speed range.
