ASTAD recognized as Consultancy of the Year and Employer of the Year

ASTAD won the award for ‘Consultancy of The Year’ at the Construction Innovation Awards held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Doha, Qatar and was also recognized as Employer of the Year during the annual Human Capital Forum MENA 2017.

The Construction Innovation Awards, organized by BNC publishing under the Business Construction portfolio, recognized top organizations in the fields of design, engineering, contracting, MEP services and sustainability.

Reflecting on the ‘Consultancy of The Year’ win, ASTAD Chief Executive Officer, Engineer Ali Al-Khalifa stated: “We are truly thrilled to win this award. However, above all, this recognition underlines the outstanding achievements of all of our teams at ASTAD. They have worked tirelessly to build our status and reputation in the market and this achievement is recognition of their efforts on a global scale. As we begin to expand our operations internationally, I am confident that our collective expertise and experience will bring more project successes for our clients in Qatar.”

ASTAD’s ‘Employer of The Year’ recognition illustrates the company’s growing reputation as an employer of choice. Following the Human Capital Forum, ASTAD Chief Human & Shared Services Officer, Nasser Al-Hajri stated: “This illustrates the emphasis we put on encouraging employee development and providing a high quality working environment that encourages the delivery of excellent outcomes. The Human Capital Forum MENA awards ceremony celebrated the success of companies and individuals in the MENA region in the areas of talent retention, employer branding, learning and development, CSR activities, health and safety, and diversity and inclusion.
