Ashghal: Traffic diversion on sections of Al Hanaa Street and Al Beday Street

The Public Works Authority ‘Ashghal’ will divert the traffic on sections of Al Hanaa Street and Al Beday Street in both directions, to a newly constructed road  parallel to the closed sections. The diversion will commence on Tuesday 13  March 2018 in coordination with the General Directorate of Traffic.

Road users travelling North or South-bound on Al Beday and Al Hanaa street will be diverted to the newly constructed road with the same number of lanes (As shown in the attached map). The diversion is required to enable the construction works to increase the number of lanes in both directions in Thani Bin Jassim Underpass. Ashghal will install road signs advising motorists of the closure. All road users are requested to abide by the speed limit, and follow the road signs to ensure their safety.
