The Public Works Authority ‘Ashghal’ announces that it will implement a temporary diversion on Street No. 213 in Umm Enaig Area in Al Khor, for a distance of 150 metres in both directions. The diversion will start on Friday, 11 May 2018 and will last for a period of 30 days, in coordination with the General Directorate of Traffic.
During this period, traffic in both directions will be diverted to a temporary diversion road that is parallel to the closed road, as shown in the attached map. The traffic change is required to enable the works of laying Sewer rising mains as part of design, build, operate and maintain of Al Thakhira Sewage Treatment Works, Transfer Pumping Station and Associated Pipelines. Ashghal will install road signs to advice motorists of the closure. The authority requests all road users to abide by the speed limits, and follow the road signs to ensure their and others safety.
