United Development Company (UDC), a leading Qatari shareholding company and master developer of The Pearl-Qatar, today announced it will auction for sale through the envelope method nine luxury townhouses in Qanat Quartier, the magnificent Venice-like mixed-use community comprising, along with nine other themed precincts, the luxurious urban development known as The Pearl-Qatar. Auction bids are to be submitted by 12 p.m. September 13, 2015 at the Sales and Marketing Centre in the Oyster at The Pearl-Qatar.

The company is auctioning some of the finest and most luxurious townhouses ever to be offered for sale at The Pearl-Qatar. This auction provides investors and buyers with the opportunity to get terrific bargains on luxurious townhouses located in the Venice-like community of Qanat Quartier, all of which enjoying scenic sea view as well as direct access to the beach.

The nine townhouses come in two or three bedroom units from 349 to 368 square meters, all located on the glamorous beach stretch of Qanat Quartier.
