The Public Works Authority ‘Ashghal’ announces that part of Al Kassar at Street extending from Roundabout 23 to Roundabout 33 in the industrial area will be closed for 6 months starting from Saturday 13 June 2015. Traffic will be diverted to the opposite side of the road which will be expanded to accommodate traffic in both directions (as shown in the map)
This traffic diversion aims to facilitate the implementation of the roads and infrastructure development project in the industrial area, which will enhance traffic flow in the area. Ashghal will install road signs to advise motorists of the diversion. The authority requests all road users to abide by the speed limits, and follow the road signs to ensure their safety.
