Taiwan proves to be a hit on day one at Project Qatar 2016

Taiwan, which has developed a new line of eco-friendly (green) building products, hailed day one of Project Qatar 2016 a success in the run-up to an exciting day two. International guests from around the Gulf and abroad visited Taiwan’s companies, exploring the latest environmentally conscious products for potential use in Qatar’s building and irrigation infrastructure.

 

Taiwan’s group of eco-friendly companies are on display until Thursday,12th May at booth D121 in what is billed the Taiwan Green Product “Demo House.” The booth features a wide array of room and insulating materials that help protect commercial and residential buildings from Qatar’s heat whilst preserving the environment. In an age of global warming and a concerning lack of water resources, manufacturers in Taiwan has turned to high-tech measures to produce eco-friendly solutions that can cool Qatar’s commercial and residential buildings as well as provide advanced water resource management, and more. In fact, Taiwan’s innovative products have been remarked to carry exceptional potential in the Qatar market as it builds in the run-up to the 2022 FIFA World Cup. 

 

 

Today, more than five companies participated in a ground-breaking product launch at Project Qatar exhibition at Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC). Some of the innovative products launched in Qatar today include:
